Directions for use:

1. Wet your hair, dilute the Sebamed shampoo with equal amount of water.
2. Apply the shampoo and massage gently with finger tips for 2  whole minutes
3. Then wash thoroughly

Recommended use:

For normal scalp conditions - Use the size of the top of the shampoo bottle cap For atopic skin conditions - Use 3/4th of the top of the shampoo bottle cap every 2nd day
